Newcleo is developing a range of nuclear reactors for clients as well as nuclear fuel production facilities to serve the broader industry. More
Translational Development (NASDAQ:TDAC) has entered into a definitive agreement to combine with battery maker ProLogium at a pro forma enterprise value of $3.87 billion. Taipei-based ProLogium makes solid state batteries for applications ranging from EVs to handheld devices. More
