Gores Holding XII, Inc. Gores XII (NASDAQ:GDOZU) has filed for a $312 million SPAC despite the team already having two other vehicles on the hunt. This latest iteration bears nearly identical terms to Gores XI (NASDAQ:GHXIU) and Gores X (NASDAQ:GTEN) with 1/4 warrants in its units and the ability to automatically extend its 24-month transaction deadline by three months with a signed definitive agreement with a target in hand.
