Constellation Acquisition Corp. I (NYSE:CSTA) announced in an 8-K this morning that it intends to adjourn today’s 8 am ET extension vote until 5 pm ET tomorrow, January 27, as it continues to engage with investors.

Shareholders are to consider a proposal to allow the SPAC to extend its transaction deadline from January 29 to April 29 and allow for up to nine more automatic one-month extensions. This is Constellation’s second adjournment as the meeting was originally scheduled for January 23.

The record date for that vote will remain December 27 when the special meeting reopens. Constellation initially listed in January 2021 and has not yet announced a transaction.
