Latest Non-Redemption Agreements: Apollo Strategic Growth Capital II
Apollo Strategic Growth Capital II (APGB) Adds Non-Redemption Agreement
On April 17, Apollo Strategic Growth Capital II (NYSE:APGB) and its sponsor entered into an agreement with an unaffiliated third party in exchange for such third party agreeing not to redeem an aggregate of 650,413 Class A ordinary shares.
In exchange for the foregoing commitment not to redeem such shares, the sponsor has agreed to transfer to the investor an aggregate of 162,603 Class B ordinary shares.
