Latest Non-Redemption Agreements: Worldwide Webb
Worldwide Webb (WWAC) Adds Non-Redemption Agreement
On March 31, 2023, Worldwide Webb Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:WWAC) entered into non-redemption agreements with certain unaffiliated third parties holding an aggregate of 4,935,000 Class A ordinary shares.
In consideration of the foregoing agreement to not redeem such shares, immediately prior to, and substantially concurrently with, the closing of an initial business combination, the sponsor will surrender and forfeit to the company an aggregate of 987,000 shares of the company’s Class B ordinary shares, and will issue a number of Class A ordinary shares equal to the forfeited shares.
