Copley Acquisition Corp (COPL.U) Prices $150M IPO

Copley Acquisition Corp. (NYSE:COPL.U) announced the pricing of its $150 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol “COPL.U”, Thursday, May 1, 2025.

The new SPAC aims to combine with a company in the technology or lifestyle sectors that have the ability to scale and enhance growth.

Copley Acquisition Corp’s management team is led by Co-Chief Executive Officer Francis Chi Yin Ng, Co-Chief Executive Officer Chibo Tang, Chief Financial Officer Menghan “Henry” Zhang, Chief Legal Officer Tok Li, Chief Marketing Officer Chun Kit Chu, and Chief Operating Officer Tsz Chiu Guan. The Board also includes Jean-Baptiste Djebbari, Rebecca Fannin, Dr. Y. Shirley Meng, and Bob Whitsitt.

Total SPAC deal count for 2025 year-to-date is now 32. This offering is expected to close on Friday, May 2, 2025.


Clear Street is acting as the sole book-running manager in the offering. Winston & Strawn LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with DLA Piper LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. WithumSmith+Brown, PC serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
