IB Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:IBACU) announced the pricing of its $100 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “IBACU”, Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
The new SPAC will have a broad search focus and will not be limited to a particular geographic region or industry, but believe there are compelling investment opportunities in a number of areas including fintech, healthcare and life sciences, sports and entertainment, and consumer goods.
IB Acquisition Corp’s sponsor team will be led by Adelmo “Al” Lopez, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, with Christy Albeck serving as Chief Financial Officer, and John Joyce as Vice Chairman. Silvia Panigone and Jian Zhang serve as Directors.
Total SPAC deal count for 2024 year-to-date is now 6. This offering is expected to close on Thursday, March 28, 2024.
I-Bankers Securities, Inc. and IB Capital LLC are acting as joint book-running managers of the offering.
