YHN Acquisition I Limited announced the pricing of its $60 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “YHNAU”, Wednesday, September 18, 2024.
The new SPAC’s search will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic location, but the sponsors intend to target companies with a strong management team.
YHN I’s sponsor team is to be led by Chief Executive Officer and Director Satoshi Tominaga alongside Chief Financial Officer and Director Yangyujia An. Zhengming Feng, Donghu Xu and Min Zhang are to serve on the SPAC’s Board of Directors.
Total SPAC deal count for 2024 year-to-date is now 33. This offering is expected to close on Thursday, September 19, 2024.
Lucid Capital Markets, LLC is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering. Loeb & Loeb LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Blank Rome LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. Adeptus Partners LLC serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
