Corner Growth  (NASDAQ:COOL) announced this afternoon that it has adjourned today’s extension vote to 4:30 p.m. E.T. on December 20.

The SPAC hopes the additional time will allow the company to engage with its stockholders and solicit redemption reversals.

Corner Growth has not yet announced a business combination but intends to combine with a nimble, fast-growing technology business in the United States or another developed market. The SPAC, which originally had 24 months on its timeline, announced the pricing of its upsized $350 million IPO in December 2020.
