Panacea Acquisition Corp. II (PANA) to Liquidate
Panacea Acquisition Corp. II (NASDAQ:PANA) announced that it will liquidate and redeem its shares as promptly as possible, but no later than April 21.
Based upon the amount held in the trust account as of April 10, which was $176,986,687.86, the company estimates that the per-share Redemption Amount will be approximately $10.25.
