Blockchain Moon Acquisition Corp. (BMAQ) to Liquidate on April 21
Blockchain Moon Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: BMAQ) today announced that due to its inability to consummate an initial business combination within the time period required by its amended and restated certificate of incorporation, the Company intends to dissolve and liquidate and will redeem all of the outstanding common stock that were included in the units issued in its initial public offering effective as of April 21.
As of the close of business on April 21, the shares will be deemed cancelled and will represent only the right to receive the per-share redemption price of approximately $10.49.

Skydeck Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: SKYA) today announced that its board of directors has determined to redeem all of its outstanding shares of Class A ordinary shares, effective as of May 21.
As of the close of business on May 21, the shares will be deemed cancelled and will represent only the right to receive the per-share redemption price of approximately $10.27.
