Atlantic Coastal Acquisition Corp. (ACAH) to Liquidate on August 18
Atlantic Coastal Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: ACAH) today announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding shares of Class A common stock, effective as of August 18, because the company will not be able to consummate an initial business combination.
Net of taxes, the company expects the per-share redemption price for the public shares will be approximately $10.40. The last day that the company’s securities will trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC will be August 18.
As of August 21, the public shares will be deemed canceled and will represent only the right to receive the redemption amount.
