FTAC Zeus Acquisition Corp. (ZING) to Liquidate on August 23

FTAC Zeus Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:ZING) today announced its decision to cancel its special meeting scheduled for Monday, August 21.

The company also announced that, because it will not consummate an initial business combination within the time period required, it intends to dissolve and liquidate, effective as of the close of business on August 23. It will redeem all of the outstanding shares at a per-share redemption price of approximately $10.49.
