Marlin Technology Corp. (FINM) to Liquidate January 13

Marlin Technology Corporation (Nasdaq: FINM) today announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding Class A ordinary shares, effective as of the close of business on January 17, 2023.

Net of taxes and dissolution expenses, the per-share redemption price for the Public Shares is expected to be approximately $10.14. The company anticipates that the last day of trading in the Class A ordinary shares will be January 13, 2023.
