Viscogliosi Brothers Acquisition Corp. (VBOC) to Liquidate on July 11
The board of directors of Viscogliosi Brothers Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:VBOC) announced today that it has canceled the special meeting of stockholders scheduled to be held on July 3, and that it will be unable to consummate an initial business combination by July 11.
Accordingly, promptly after July 11, the company intends to dissolve and liquidate.
