Corsair Partnering Corporation (CORS) to Liquidate on July 11

Corsair Partnering Corporation (NYSE:CORS) today announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding Class A ordinary shares, effective as of July 11.

Net of dissolution expenses but without giving effect to any taxes which may need to be withdrawn, the per-share redemption price for the Class A Shares is expected to be approximately $10.37.
