News Alert: I-AM Capital Changing its Shareholder Vote Date

I-Am Capital Postpones Shareholder Vote to September 7th, 2018

I-AM Capital Acquisition Company, which had originally scheduled its shareholder vote to approve its business combination with Smaaash Entertainment for tomorrow (August 15, 2018), is  postponing the vote-date to September 7th.

In connection with the extension, I-AM intends to contribute $303,610, representing $0.058 per public share, to the Trust.  The current per share redemption price is estimated to be $10.15, so the additional contribution will bring that to approximately $10.208, or $10.21.
