7 Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: SVNA) today announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding Class A ordinary shares, with such redemption anticipated to be effective as of the close of business on May 10.

Net of taxes and dissolution expenses, the per-share redemption price for the Public Shares is expected to be approximately $10.48.
