Sustainable Development Acquisition I Corp. (NASDAQ: SDAC) announced today that the directors of the company have determined to dissolve and liquidate the company.

The redemption of the shares is expected to be completed on or about July 24, 2023. At the close of business on the business day prior to the Redemption Date, the company will stop trading its Public Shares, and each Public Share held at that time will represent the right to receive the redemption amount of approximately $10.39.
