Elliott Opportunity II Corporation (EOCW) to Liquidate on July 11
Elliott Opportunity II Corp. (NYSE:EOCW) today announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding Class A ordinary shares, effective as of July 11.
Net of taxes and dissolution expenses, the per-share redemption price for the Class A Ordinary Shares is expected to be approximately $10.36.
