Lead Edge Growth Opportunities, Ltd. (LEGA) to Liquidate on March 15
Lead Edge Growth Opportunities, Ltd. (Nasdaq: LEGA) a special purpose acquisition company, today announced that it will commence the redemption of all of its outstanding Class A ordinary shares, effective as of the close of business on March 15, 2023.
The per-share redemption price for the public shares will be approximately $10.20.
