Frontier Acquisition Corp. (FRON) to Liquidate on March 16

Frontier Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: FRON), a special purpose acquisition company, today announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding Class A ordinary shares, with such redemption anticipated to be effective as of the close of business on March 16, 2023.

Net of taxes and dissolution expenses, the per-share redemption price for the Public Shares is expected to be approximately $10.16.
