DILA Capital Acquisition Corp. (DILAU) Prices Upsized $55M IPO

DILA Capital Acquisition Corp. announced the pricing of its upsized $55 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “DILAU” Tuesday, June 15.

The new SPAC aims to combine with a fast growing, tech-enabled target that is disrupting traditional markets in Latin America such as SaaS, fintech, and e-commerce. DILA Capital is led by CEO Eduardo Clave, COO Alejandro Diez Barroso and CFO Jorge Velez.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 341. This offering is expected to close on Thursday, June 17.


EarlyBirdCapital, Inc. is acting as the sole book-running manager of the offering. Greenberg Traurig, P.A. is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Graubard Miller serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. Marcum LLP serves as auditor.  Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
