Medicus Sciences Acquisition Corp. (MSAC) to Liquidate on February 17
Medicus Sciences Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: MSAC) announced today its board has elected to dissolve and liquidate the company and will redeem all of the outstanding Class A ordinary shares at a per-share redemption price of approximately $10.18.
As of the close of business on February 21, 2023, the shares will be deemed cancelled and will represent only the right to receive the redemption amount. The company anticipates that the shares will cease trading as of the close of business on February 17, 2023.
