TB SA Acquisition Corp. (TBSA) to Liquidate on March 13
TB SA Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: TBSA) today announced that as of the close of business on March 13, 2023, the Company’s publicly held Class A ordinary shares will be deemed cancelled and will represent only the right to receive their pro-rata share in the Company’s trust.
The per-share redemption price for the Public Shares will be approximately $10.17.
Independence Holdings Corp. (ACQR) to Liquidate on March 10
Independence Holdings Corp. (Nasdaq: ACQR) today announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding Class A ordinary shares, effective as of the close of business on March 10, 2023.
The per-share redemption price for the public shares will be approximately $10.20.
