Stratim Cloud Acquisition Corp. (SCAQ) to Liquidate on July 13
As previously disclosed, Stratim Cloud Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:SCAQ) mutually terminated its deal with Force Pressure Control.
As a result, the company will liquidate and expects that the last day of trading on the Nasdaq will be July 13, 2023.

Better World Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: BWAC), announced today that, due to its inability to complete an initial business combination, it intends to liquidate and dissolve, effective as of the close of business on July 17, 2023, and will redeem all of the outstanding shares of common stock at a per-share redemption price of approximately $10.91.
As of the close of business on July 17, 2023, the shares will be deemed cancelled and will represent only the right to receive the redemption amount.
