DA32 Life Science Tech Acquisition Corp. (DALS) to Liquidate on July 28

DA32 Life Science Tech Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: DALS) today announced that its board of directors has determined to redeem all of its outstanding shares of Class A common stock, effective as of July 28.

As of the close of business on July 28, the Public Shares will be deemed cancelled and will represent only the rights to receive the per-share redemption price of approximately $10.31

Aequi Acquisition Corp. (ARBG) to Liquidate on August 3

Aequi Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: ARBG) announced today that it intends to liquidate as soon as practicable on or after August 3, 2023 and to return funds to holders of its shares of Class A common stock.

The Company expects to redeem all of its outstanding shares of Class A common stock for an estimated redemption price of approximately $10.25 per share (the “Redemption Amount”) after the payment of taxes and dissolution expenses.

On or about the close of business on August 3, 2023, the Class A common stock will be deemed canceled and will represent only the right to receive the Redemption Amount.
