Malacca Straits Acquisition Company (MLAC) Terminates Deal, Intends to Liquidate on June 16

Malacca Straights (NASDAQ:MLAC) announced today that it has mutually terminated its merger agreement with Indiev, effective as of June 8. As a result, it intends to liquidate on June 16, and expects to redeem all of its outstanding Class A ordinary shares for an estimated redemption price of approximately $10.53 per share.
