Pine Technology Acquisition Corp. (PTOC) to Liquidate on March 10
On March 9, 2023, the board of directors of Pine Technology Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:PTOC) determined that it will not be able to complete a business combination.
Accordingly, the company will dissolve and liquidate, effective as of the close of business on March 10, 2023, and will redeem all of the outstanding shares at a per-share redemption price of approximately $10.17.
As of the close of business on March 10, 2023, the shares will be deemed cancelled and will represent only the right to receive the redemption amount.
