Signal Hill (SGHL) to Liquidate on May 26
Signal Hill Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: SGHL) announced today that it will redeem all of the outstanding shares of Class A common stock at a per-share redemption price of approximately $10.43.
As of the close of business on May 26, 2023, the Public Shares will be deemed cancelled and will represent only the right to receive the redemption amount.
