Altimar Acquisition Corp. III (NYSE:ATAQ) today announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding Class A ordinary shares, effective as of September 22.

The per-share redemption price for the public shares will be approximately $10.34. The balance of the trust account as of June 30, was approximately $41,658,542, which includes approximately $467,329 in interest income.

The last day that the company’s securities will trade on the NYSE will be September 8. As of September 22, the public shares will be deemed cancelled and will represent only the right to receive the redemption amount.
