Latest Non-Redemption Agreements: Andretti 

Andretti Acquisition Corp. (WNNR) Adds Non-Redemption Agreement

On July 6, Andretti Sponsor, L.P., and Andretti Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: WNNR) entered into a non-redemption agreement with an unaffiliated third party.

Pursuant to the Non-Redemption Agreement, the Investor agreed not to redeem an aggregate of 350,000 Class A ordinary shares of the company.

In exchange for the foregoing commitment not to redeem such shares, the sponsor has agreed to transfer to the Investor an aggregate of 87,500 Class B ordinary shares held by the sponsor immediately following consummation of an initial business combination if the Investor continues to hold such shares through the special meeting.
