The new SPAC aims to combine with an Indian target that has an established market share, consistent cash flow, and significant growth potential. StoneBridge is led by CEO Bhargava Marapella and President Prabhu Antony.
Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 373. This offering is expected to close on Tuesday, July 20.
