AlphaVest Acquisition Corp. (ATMVU) Prices $60M IPO

AlphaVest Acquisition Corp. priced its $60 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “ATMVU” Tuesday, December 20, 2022.

The new SPAC intends to focus its search on businesses in Asia, and is not limited to a particular industry or geographic region. AlphaVest is led by Chairman Pengfei Zheng, CEO Yong (David) Yan, and CFO Song (Steve) Jing.

Total SPAC deal count for 2022 year-to-date is now 84. This offering is expected to close on Thursday, December 22.


EarlyBirdCapital, Inc. is acting as sole bookrunning manager of the offering and Revere Securities is acting as co-manager of the offering. Winston & Strawn LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Graubard Miller serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. UHY, LLP serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
