Churchill Capital Corp IX (NASDAQ:CCIXU) announced the pricing of its $250 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “CCIXU”, Thursday, May 2, 2024.
The new SPAC will conduct a broad search and has not limited itself to any particular sector or focus, but it plans to utilize creative transaction sourcing approaches based around the network of its team.
The Churchill IX sponsor team will be led by CEO, President and Chairman Michael Klein and CFO Jay Taragin with Stephen Murphy nominated to its Board.
Total SPAC deal count for 2024 year-to-date is now 7. This offering is expected to close on Monday, May 6, 2024.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (“Citigroup”) is acting as sole bookrunner and representative of the underwriters.
