Everest Consolidator Acquisition Corp. announced the pricing of its $150 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol “MNTN.U” Wednesday, November 24.
The new SPAC intends to combine with a business in the wealth management industry, including independent financial advisory providers as well as wealth management-focused technology companies (“Wealthtech” companies). Everest Consolidator is led by Chairman, CEO, President, Treasurer, and Secretary Adam Dooley and COO Jacqueline S. Shoback.
Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 559. This offering is expected to close on Monday, November 29.
BofA Securities is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering. Latham & Watkins LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Sidley Austin LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. Marcum LLP serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
