Plum Acquisition Corp IV (PLMKU) Prices $150M IPO

Plum Acquisition Corp. IV (NASDAQ:PLMKU) announced the pricing of its $150 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “PLMKU”, Wednesday, January 15, 2025.

The new SPAC intends to take a broad approach in searching for a business combination that leverages its team’s global network of contacts.

Plum IV’s sponsor team is led by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Kanishka Roy and Chief Financial Officer Steven Handwerker. Allan Chou, Anjai Gandhi and Avanish will serve on its Board of Directors.

Total SPAC deal count for 2025 year-to-date is now 2. This offering is expected to close on Thursday, January 16, 2025.


Cohen & Company Capital Markets, a division of J.V.B. Financial Group, LLC, is acting as lead book-running manager, and Seaport Global Securities is acting as joint book-runner. Greenberg Traurig, LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Ropes & Gray LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. WithumSmith+Brown, PC serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
