Live Oak Crestview Climate Acquisition Corp. (LOCC) Adds Non-Redemption Agreement
Live Oak Crestview Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:LOCC) came to a non-redemption agreement with an investor that will cover the lesser of 231,023 or 9.9% of its total outstanding Class A shares.
These shares will not be redeemed at the SPAC’s upcoming vote to extend its transaction deadline from September 27 to January 12, 2024. In return, the investor will also receive 21,000 newly issued Live Oak Crestview shares and the SPAC’s sponsor has agreed to forfeit an equal number of promote shares.
