Roman DBDR Acquisition Corp. II (NASDAQ:DRDBU) announced the pricing of its $200 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “DBDRU”, Thursday, December 12, 2024.
The new SPAC intends to focus its initial search on companies in the cybersecurity, artificial intelligence or financial technology industries..
The Company’s management team is led by Dixon Doll, Jr., its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors (the “Board”), John C. Small, its Chief Financial Officer, and Dr. Donald G. Basile, its Chief Technology Officer. The Board also includes James Nelson, James Nevels, Bryn Sherman and Michael Woods.
Total SPAC deal count for 2024 year-to-date is now 55. This offering is expected to close on Friday, December 13, 2024.
