Ross Acquisition Corp II announced the pricing of its $300 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol “ROSS.U,” Friday, March 12.
The new company aims to combine with a target in a number of possible sectors including automotive, energy, manufacturing, materials or space. Ross II is led by President, CEO and Chairman Wilbur L. Ross, CFO Stephen J. Toy and Head of M&A Nadim Z. Qureshi.
Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 249. This offering is expected to close on Tuesday, March 16.
BofA Securities and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are serving as the underwriters for the offering. Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Paul Hastings LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. WithumSmith+Brown, PC serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
