Allegro Merger Corp. Prices $130 million SPAC
by Kristi Marvin on 2018-07-03 at 9:55am

Eric Rosenfeld & Co. celebrate the Fourth of July early with SPAC #6

Question: If a SPAC prices during a holiday week and there’s no around to see it, does it make a sound?
Answer:  It doesn’t matter. SPACs barely trade anyway until they announce the combination.

This morning, Allegro Merger Corp. announced the pricing of their $130 million SPAC and the unit will begin trading later this morning under the symbol ALGRU.

This is Eric Rosenfeld’s sixth go around, having already IPO’d and completed combinations with five other SPACs.  We’re hoping this is his best one yet.

Congratulations to the Underwriters –  Cantor, as book-runner, and Chardan, as lead manager.
