Crixus BH3 Acquisition Company (NASDAQ: BHAC) announced in a filing this afternoon that it is postponing its extension vote to Friday, October 6, 2023 at 9:00 a.m ET.
The meeting was originally to be held Friday, September 29, but presumably it has been moved to account for amendments to its proxy which was filed today in a supplement.
Notably, in addition to the proposals described in the Proxy Statement, the Board of Directors is asking stockholders to approve a proposal to provide for the right of a holder of Class B common stock of the Company to convert their shares of Class B common stock into shares of Class A common stock on a one-to-one basis at any time and from time to time at the election of the holder.
In connection with the new vote date, the right of public stockholders to exercise their right to redeem their shares has been extended to 5:00 p.m., Eastern time, on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 (two business days before the postponed Special Meeting).
Crixus BH3 is asking shareholders to extend its timeline to July 31, 2024.
