This week, we sit down with Dynamix Corporation (NASDAQ:ETHM) CEO and Chair Andrejka Bernatova, to discuss The Ether Machine transaction. The Dynamix team is also about to list their third SPAC in the past four years with one business combination already completed and another pending.

She tells us how it has been quite the ride through the last two SPAC cycles and where she thinks SPACs at times went wrong during the last one. But right now, she is focused on completing Dynamix’s combination with The Ether Machine, which is differentiated from some of the other crypto treasury firms since it will hold Ethereum rather than focusing on Bitcoin.
