Wealthbridge Acquisition Limited (HHHHU), announced the pricing of their $50 million SPAC IPO this morning and the units are expected to begin trading today under the symbol Nasdaq: HHHHU.
Wealthbridge, which intends to focus on businesses in and around the air transportation and aviation industry in China, is being led by Yongsheng Liu, as Chairman and CEO.
Total SPAC deal count for 2019 year-to-date is now four with $763 million in gross proceeds raised. The offering is expected to close on or about February 8, 2019.
