I-Am Capital’s Scheduled Vote for Friday, September 7th Delayed 

I-AM Capital Acquisition Company, which had originally scheduled its shareholder vote to approve its business combination with Smaaash Entertainment for Friday, September 7th  is postponing the vote-date due to a delay with finishing up the SEC review of it’s recently filed S-1 registration statement.

Delays due to SEC review are customary.  On the bright side, this does give I-AM Capital some additional time to market their transaction.
