An 8-K was just filed stating that “Mr. Philip Deutch resigned from his position as Chief Operating Officer of Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings Corp. Mr. Deutch had resigned from affiliates of SCH Sponsor Corp., the Company’s sponsor.”

No reason was given, so make of that what you will.  This is a bit of a pile-on for Chamath Palihapitiya.
