Model Performance Acquisition Corp.  (NASDAQ:MPAC) announced this afternoon that it has completed its business combination with MultiMetaVerse.

MultiMetaVerse Inc., an animation and entertainment company devoted to establishing an open community for its global users and to providing high-quality and immersive entertainment experiences is expected to begin trading tomorrow, January 5, on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “MMV”.  Its warrants will commence trading under the ticker symbol “MMVWW”.

Model Performance initially inked its $300 million deal with MultiMetaVerse in August 2021. MMV is an animation and entertainment company that serves as an open community for its global users comprised of animation viewers, game players, and content creators and provides high-quality and immersive entertainment.
