Gores Holding XII, Inc. Gores XII (NASDAQ:GDOZU) has filed for a $312 million SPAC despite the team already having two other vehicles on the hunt. This latest iteration bears nearly identical terms to Gores XI (NASDAQ:GHXIU) and Gores X (NASDAQ:GTEN) with 1/4 warrants in its units and the ability to automatically extend its 24-month transaction deadline by three months with a signed definitive agreement with a target in hand. Southport Acquisition Corp. II Southport II (NYSE:PORT.U) has filed for a $200 million SPAC that will be hunting for a target in the AI technology space. Under that fairly wide umbrella, the Southport II team plans to target companies that have AI data, security or workflow automation tools as well as firms operating in the AI infrastructure, robotics and AI-guided life sciences sectors.
