The new company aims to combine with a consumer-facing technology target valued between $1 billion and $3 billion. dMY IV is led by CEO Niccolo de Masi and Chairman Harry L. You.
Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 221. This offering is expected to close on Tuesday, March 9.
Goldman Sachs & Co., LLC is acting as the sole bookrunner for the offering and Needham & Co., LLC is acting as co-manager of the offering.
